If your order totals $50 before taxes, you qualify for FREE Ground Shipping. Your order will ship within 3-4 business days of purchase date and delivery time will take 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. However, sometimes your jewels will arrive faster!

We ship via USPS to all 50 states.


Domestic (Within the USA)

  • STANDARD SHIPPING: USPS Worldwide Priority - Delivered in 10-15 days or less

All purchases made through our website are final.

At JAECI customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If any of the items in your order are incorrect or defective in anyway upon arrival we will send out a new jewelry piece once we receive the damaged piece. Please contact our customer service at for a return within 14 days of the date of receipt, provided: 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, in new condition.
  • Items must have all tags, including any JAECI carding, attached.
  • Any piece bought during a "Sale" cannot be exchanged.


Only merchandise received by us can be processed for exchange or store credit.

If you are exchanging an item due to an error made by JAECI, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you.

Exchanges for store credit will be processed free of charge.

  1. Email us at and let us know the reason for your exchange.  Please provide your order number and date of purchase.
  2. We will provide you with a USPS return mailing label to fix to your package.
  3. Pack up your item in it's original packaging, or provide proper packing if you did not keep the packing your item shipped in.  If your item is returned to us damaged, it cannot be exchanged.
  4. Print your label and secure the label on the outside of the package.
  5. Drop off at your nearest USPS branch, or place in your mailbox for your postal carrier to pickup.

Store Credit can only be used online at WWW.JAECI.COM

  • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.

  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.

  • Store credit must be used immediately.

Returns for store credit require a processing and international return shipping fee of $10.99. original shipping charges are non-refundable. we also cannot refund duties or taxes paid on your item.
