What material is your jewelry made out of?

All of our jewelry is made out of stainless steel material and plated in 14k gold & rose gold. It will not tarnish or turn your skin green, nor does it contain lead.

What should I do if my package has yet to arrive?

If you have not received your jewelry in a timely manner, it may have been misplaced by USPS. Please contact us at customerservice@jaeci.com so we can help you out and get you your jewels asap!

What should I do if I received the wrong item(s)?

If you received an incorrect item please email us at customerservice@jaeci.com with a photo of all item(s), your name, order number and which item(s) you are missing. We will send you a prepaid shipping envelope for you to return the incorrect item(s) and then send you the correct item(s). Original shipping & handling fees will not be refunded.

What should I do if my jewelry broke?

All sales are final. However, if your jewelry broke within (14) days of your purchase date we will send you a new item. Email us at customerservice@jaeci.com with your name, order number, shipping address and a picture of your damaged jewelry.

When will my order ship?

Orders generally ship within 3-4 days of the order being placed excluding weekends and holidays.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. Orders over $50. International shipping is $10 flat rate!

How long does domestic shipping take?

Orders generally take 2-5 business days. We ship USPS first class mail out of Las Vegas, Nevada. Shipping time is based on your proximity to our location.

How long does international shipping take?

International orders generally take 10-15 business days to arrive.

How do I use my coupon code?

If you have a coupon or gift code enter it under the discount section during checkout. Hit apply and the discount will show on your order total!

If an item is out of stock, when will it be back up to purchase?

Items are generally restocked within 4-6 weeks. Certain items will not return once they are sold out. If you wish to be notified upon the item's arrival email us at customerservice@jaeci.com stating which item you are interested in, color, size (if pertains), quantity. We will get back to you within 5-10 business days.

How do I carry JAECI in my retail store?

You can apply for an account by clicking the corporate orders tab under shop. If you have other questions email us at info@jaeci.com

Do you create custom designs?

Indeed we do. Minimum quantities are (100) pieces per style. Please place your order on our Customizing & Collaborations page, or if you have any other questions email us at info@jaeci.com

Can I offer JAECI jewels for my fundraiser / charity?

We are always interested in helping other causes out. Please email info@jaeci.com with details on the event and we will get back to you within 3-5 business days or less.
